Kim was very helpful in finding the right house for me. I looked at several homes before finding the right one and she was always helpful in pointing out many of the different features of the homes.

We first came in contact with Kim in July of 2009. We lived in Alabama and were looking to purchase a home in the Port Charlotte area. We sent an email to her real estate company seeking someone that could help us with our home search. Kim was the agent that responded to our request. What a break for us. She sent us listings of homes that met our criteria so we could choose which properties we wanted to visit when we came to town. Kim set up an entire day to work with us, make certain that the properties would be available to visit, and mapped a route so we did not spend unnecessary time going from one side of town to the other. She had great knowledge of the area and what the different areas had to offer or their downfalls. She has always been honest, great on helping to negotiate the offer, keeping the process moving, and keeping us informed on where we were in the offer/closing. Since first meeting Kim we have sold the original purchase through her and purchased 2 more homes. Kim was most responsive with our most recent home purchase. It was pretty much an emergency purchase. I was out of town for 2 weeks and not much help in the process. Our daughter and granddaughters ran into a housing problem and needed to find housing in a short turn around time. My wife called Kim and told her the situation. Kim was even more responsive than what she had been on our prior dealings. She pretty much dropped everything that she was involved in and started an immediate search of homes in the price range we had given her with possible quick closings dates. Kim picked my wife up the next morning and they viewed homes all that day and were able to make an offer. We managed to close in a months time due to Kim's responsiveness, pushing the negotiations, and keeping the process moving. Thank you again Kim. We moved to Florida from Pennsylvania. Kim was referred to us by a friend. We couldn't have made a better choice for our Realtor.
